I sometimes have finished wallets ready to go, and you can buy one of those as it is. What's in stock changes.
Made to order
Everything else I make to order. You choose the outer fabric and the lining, and I cut your piece from them.
Deposit
I take a 50% deposit once we've settled on fabrics for the outer shell and lining. The balance is due when the piece is finished, before I ship it or hand it to you.
If I'm shipping it, I'll send you a photo of the finished piece first, so you see what you're paying for.
Turnaround
I usually finish a piece within three weeks of the day we settle on fabrics.
Shipping
I ship USPS Priority Mail, with tracking, and insure every package for the full value of the order. Shipping and insurance are added to the balance. If we meet in person, there's no shipping to pay.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, I file the claim. Send me a photo of the box and I'll take it from there.
Changing your mind
Your deposit is refundable until I cut the fabric. Uncut fabric can go to the next order; once it's cut, the pieces only fit yours. If you're still deciding, tell me and I'll wait to cut.
